Desktop app

1. Download the installer provided by your CSGA administrator.
2. Verify the publisher and complete the setup.
3. Launch the app and sign in.
4. Open Policy and Assets tabs to set baseline configuration.

CLI

1. Download the CLI binary for your OS from your tenant portal or release channel.
2. Place it on your PATH.
3. Confirm it runs by executing a basic command (provided by your admin).

Enterprise rollout considerations

• Device management: distribute the desktop installer with your standard endpoint tooling.
• Least privilege: do not run the desktop app or CLI with elevated privileges unless required by your internal policy.
• Change control: align upgrade timing with maintenance windows where applicable.

Network requirements

• The desktop app and CLI must reach your CSGA API base URL.
• If your org uses allowlists, ensure the API domain is permitted.
• If your org uses proxies, confirm outbound TLS interception is compatible with your security policies.
