Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid Cognitia CSGA subscriptions, security analysis access, API access, and related SaaS services purchased through Cognitia or an approved payment provider.

CSGA is a digital SaaS and security platform. Access is delivered electronically and service activation starts when a subscription period is confirmed.

2. No Refund After Activation

Subscription fees are not refundable after purchase confirmation or service activation, except where a refund is required by mandatory law or expressly agreed in a signed enterprise agreement.

This no-refund position reflects the digital nature of the service, immediate provisioning of security platform access, and allocation of compute, storage, and operational capacity after activation.

3. Cancellation

Customers may cancel a subscription at any time from billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access remains available until the end of the paid subscription period unless the account is suspended for breach, abuse, fraud, or legal risk.

Cancellation does not create a refund or credit for the unused part of an active paid period unless required by mandatory law or written enterprise contract.

4. Failed, Duplicate, or Unknown Payments

If a payment fails, is declined, or remains pending, paid access is not granted until the payment provider confirms success. Duplicate, mismatched, or unknown payment callbacks are reviewed before any access change is applied.

If a verified duplicate charge occurs due to processor error, Cognitia will coordinate with the payment provider and applicable bank rules to correct the transaction.

5. Billing Disputes

Billing questions or disputes should be sent to support@cognitia-ai.ai. Include your organization name, payment date, amount, currency, and transaction reference if available.

6. Related Terms

This policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Payment and checkout flows may require explicit acceptance of this policy, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policybefore a payment order is created.
