1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cognitia ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Cognitia platform, software, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Important Notice: Cognitia is currently in active development phase. Features, functionality, and service levels are evolving. We are committed to transparency about our current capabilities and roadmap.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to "you" include both you and that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
